I wanted to do something different and special for the grandchildren this year so I put up a Christmas tree in the bonus room and hung their stockings up there. I laminated photos from years past of everybody and cut them up to make ornaments. So the kids, the little kids and the adult kids had a ball decorating the turning Christmas tree with themselves!! They also put up the Christmas train and track and loved it. Notice the scratches on Bailey's face and ear - he went deer hunting and a brier tree got him! Ouch!! My only sadness was that Heather, Peter & Isabella were sick with a serious stomach bug and hadn't been out of the house in 2 days - they missed this and Thanksgiving Day! Greyson also couldn't be here because he lives in Florida now. This was a fun way to get into the Christmas spirit. I love the photo of Harrison smiling at me while I'm holding him - I talk to him and he talks and smiles - I just love it!! We ate dinner after the tree trimming and everyone was stuffed!! Greg's Mom, Paula was with us too - let's continue to pray for his Dad, Harry, who just might be able to come home by Christmas. He's been in the hospital for 5 months but is getting better every day!! Thanks kids for making Nanny/Gigi's night special! I love you all soooo very much. About 7 pm Heather called and asked me to come get Isabella because she was better but Heather and Pete were still throwing up. So these photos are of Isabella when she saw the tree and the train set in her pj's and still weak from being so sick. But she spent the night with her Gigi. Precious babies, I just love them all!!
